CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Radford women's golf program concluded its historic, storybook season at the 2025 NCAA Charlottesville Regional on Wednesday afternoon. The Highlanders took to the highly regarded Birdwood Golf Course to play three rounds across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday against some of the best golfers and teams in the nation.
Radford made its first NCAA regional appearance in school history after the squad captured its first Big South Conference Championship back on April 16.
It is only the beginning of the story for this record-setting squad as the Highlanders will return their entire unit for another run at the conference title and NCAAs during the highly anticipated 2025-26 campaign.
The current roster includes five sophomores and three juniors as head coach
Jeff Beeler and his group will be one of the favorites in the Big South next year.
They will also have the chance to be the first Highlander team to repeat as both conference champions and earn a NCAA bid since the women's soccer program accomplished the feat across the 2018 and 2019 campaigns.
