BLACKSBURG, Va. – Freshman Sam Keltner (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial) recorded his best finish of the season Friday afternoon at the Virginia Tech Cross Country Course. 

Keltner, the lone Highlander in the competition, placed 18th in the men's 6K with a time of 20:42.80. 

The Highlanders will be back in action next weekend as they compete in the NCAA Regional.
