Men's Results
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Radford men's cross country team competed in the 2009 Big South Preview meet on Saturday morning in High Point, N.C.
The Highlander's posted a team score of 171 points, which was good for seventh place.
Freshman
Sam Keltner (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial) paced the Highlanders as he finished 28th with at time of 28:40.00.
Sophomore
Nathan Turner (Lynchburg, Va./Brookville) crossed the finish line next for Radford, finishing 32nd with a time of 30:18.00.
Jared Scripture (Heathsville, Va./Northumberland) was just three back of Turner as he ran a time of 30:40.00, good enough for a 35th place finish, while juniors
Eric Adams (Springfield, Va./Robert E Lee) and
Mike Arrowsmith (Ashburn, Va./Stonebridge) crossed the finish line with times of 31:14.00 and 32:04.00, respectively.
Radford will return to action on October 2 at the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational.
