FINAL RESULTS
BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Despite seven Top-3 finishes, including a pair of first-place showings, the Radford swimming and diving team fell to Campbell, 137-65, in CCSA action Saturday at the Johnson Natatorium.
Sophomore
Emily Turner touched the wall first in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:01.14.
In addition to Turner's first-place finish in the butterfly, Radford's top 400-yard freestyle relay team finished first with a season-best time of 3:46.75.
Freshman
Rebecca Moyer recorded a season-best 11:26.53 in the 1000-yard freestyle to place second, while Turner also placed second with a season-best 25.62 in the 50-yard freestyle.
Freshman
Jessica Frazelle also added points for the Highlanders finishing in the Top-3 in the 200-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke with the times of 2:02.34 and 1:02.79, respectively.
Junior
Julia Hoffman placed fourth in the 200-yard individual medley touching the wall at 2:23.89.
Radford will jump back into the water when it hosts the eight-team Highlander Invitational on Thursday, Nov. 18 at the Dedmon Center Natatorium.
